Claudia Saldívar Hernández

• Law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, having defended in 1996 her thesis, obtaining Honorable Mention, entitled “Analysis on the Federal Judiciary Council of Mexico”. Análisis acerca del Consejo de la Judicatura Federal Mexicano.
• Associate Professor of the second-year course on Constitutional Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho from 1997 till 2005.
• Member of the Barra Mexicana-Colegio de Abogados, A.C. since October 1998, serving as Secretary of the Constitutional Law and Amparo Section.
• She worked as an intern at Zaldívar y Arámburu, S.C. from 1991 to 1996 and, from then until 2006, as an Associate Lawyer.
• Constitutional Litigation Attorney at Law and Senior Partner at Arámburu, Saldívar y Vázquez, S.C.
