Arámburu, Saldívar, Vázquez, Rodarte y Moreno also stands out as one of the most relevant law firms in the management of pro bono matters. We are a firm aware of the coexistence and social harmony, we have an area of free advice aimed at those who by their personal circumstances can not afford the services of a private attorney, providing the same attention as that client who can allocate a payment for a professional fee.
Pro bono is a Latin expression meaning "for the public good" and refers to the provision of free, voluntary legal services to low-income individuals, vulnerable sectors or groups, social organizations, and groups or organizations that promote causes of collective public interest.
The firm provides specialized supervision on each of these matters, and constantly encourages its attorneys and interns to take pro bono matters.
It should be noted that in 2009, the Mexican Bar Association, Colegio de Abogados, A.C. granted the Pro Bono Award to our Founding Partner Antonio Arámburu, for the free professional services provided by the firm in favor of the patients of the Gustavo Baz Prada Hospital for Chronic and Geriatric Patients of Tepexpan, located in Acolman in the State of Mexico, which managed to prevent the eviction of said patients against their will in December 2007 by the state authority, as well as the execution of an agreement between the patients and the authority in which it was stated that the patients would continue receiving regular medical attention, by conditioning the spaces for it and that once the main building of the Gustavo Baz Prada Hospital was remodeled, it would be occupied again by them.
We also highlight the participation and counsel to Mexicanos Primero A.C. throughout various instances of the Judiciary Power. We share the objectives that this association has with regards to the promotion of the right to quality education in the country through instruments for citizen demand and participation thereof.
